RETURN, REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY

Zevenworld believes in providing its customers the best shopping experience in the best possible way. We have a flexible return & exchange policy where we offer you to place a request to return or exchange an item within 7 days of the receipt of your order. Please go through our policies for further details.

EXCHANGE:

If you choose to place a request for an exchange of an item/s due to a size issue, a wrong colour or a change in colour, we are glad to help you find the right exchange of your order with no extra cost.

* Exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

* Exchange can be done for size, colour with same pricing.

* For exchange, the customers are requested to send the images of the product (Top, bottom, 2 sides of the product for Footwear. For Apparel the front and back images will be needed) on email to support@zevenworld.com, upon successful verification by our Quality team, the return will be initiated.

* The customer would be requested to return the original product in good condition with relevant product tags. Post reverse pick-up confirmation from the customer’s location by our courier partners, exchange order with the desired colour’/size will be dispatched.

REPLACEMENT:

*There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could have received a damaged, defective product/s that is not as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product please get in touch with our customer service team who will guide you on the process for the same and place the order on behalf of the customer. You could be requested to share the images of the product.

*Incase the customer wishes to replace the product with another product category with a different pricing, the customer would be requested to place a new order for the particular product and a return request would be taken for the already delivered product which would then be refunded as per our refund policy.

The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

  1. Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.
  2. We will not accept the exchange or return request for certain products like Wrist Band, Socks & Fitness Tracker (Unless there is a defect in the product received)
  3. In case of receiving any damaged/defective product, the complaint should be logged with our customer care within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.
  4. Product should be returned unused along with the original packaging, price tag, label & Invoices

  7. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY:

Refund:

*In case you chose to return the product or cancel the ordered product on or before 7 days of delivery, we will credit the amount paid for the order back to your bank account once the product has been received back at our warehouse in good condition.

*For Cancellation, the customer will be requested to send the images of the product (Top, bottom, 2 sides of the product for Footwear. For Apparel the front and back images will be needed) on email to support@zevenworld.com, upon successful verification by our Quality team, the return will be initiated.

*The refund will be initiated after the receipt of the product by Zevenworld warehouse.

*(Refunds are initiated every Thursday).

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order mentioned below:

  1. Orders placed using a Debit/Credit card will be refunded by credit back to the Debit/Credit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
  2. Orders placed using net banking facility will be credited back to the bank account within 7days of raise the refund request and product reaching our warehouse in good condition.
  3. For COD (Cash on Delivery) mode of payment, customers are required to email the bank details to support@zevenworld.com, and the refund will be done to the bank account.
  4. For any unforeseen circumstances if the product is not received by the customer, in such cases customers are requested to get back within 45 days of placing the order. Any claims made beyond this period will not be entertained.
