Zevenworld believes in providing it's customers the best shopping experience to it's customers, in the best possible way and therefore we have a liberal cancellation policy.
Under this Policy:
- Zeven offers you to cancel an item prior to the orders getting invoiced via your account page. Post this cancellation request can be sent to customer service.
Return & Exchange policy:
We have flexible return & exchange policy where we offer you to place a request to return or exchange an item within 7 days of the receipt of your order.
In case you chose to return the product, we will credit the amount paid for the order back to your bank account once the product has been received back at our warehouse in good condition.
However, if you choose to place a request for an exchange of an item/s due to misfit or any damages or defect or wrong colour, we are glad to help you find the right replacement of your order with no extra cost.
Exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock. For exchange the customer would be requested to return the original product in good condition to our warehouse post which we will process the refund for the same. Customer would also be requested to place a new order for the desired item/size and the same would be delivered.
There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you receive a damaged, defective product/s that is not as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product please get in touch with our customer service team who will guide you on the process for the same and place the order on behalf of the customer.
The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.
Terms & Conditions for our Return & Exchange Policy:
- Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered.
- We will not accept the exchange or return request for certain products like Wrist Band, Socks & Fitness Tracker (Unless there is a defect in the product received)
- In case of receiving any damaged/defective product, the complaint should be logged with our customer care within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.
- Product should be returned unused along with the original packaging, price tag, label & Invoices

- Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
The refund will be initiated after the receipt of the product by Zevenworld or its business partner in condition in which the product was sent only.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order mentioned below:
- Orders placed using a Debit/Credit card will be refunded by credit back to the Debit/Credit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
- Orders placed using net banking facility will be credited back to the bank account within 7days of raise the refund request and product reaching our warehouse in good condition.
- For all other modes of payment, we will refund the amount by cheque payment. The cheque will be made in favour of the name provided in the "billing name" at the time of placing the order.
- For any unforeseen circumstances if the product is not received by the customer, in such cases customers are requested to get back within 45 days of placing the order. Any claims made beyond this period will not be entertained..
